BIG COUNTRY products are covered by a 5-year warranty against defects in materials, workmanship, and finish under normal use. The warranty does not cover shipping damage, product misuse, improper installation, damage caused by accidents or rough roads, product modifications, or negligence in product use. The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of BIG COUNTRY products; it does not cover installation, removal, or shipping costs. The warranty covers 100% replacement of any defective product for the first 3 years from the original purchase date. For the following 2 years, the warranty covers 50% of the product's value. The buyer must return the defective merchandise, along with the invoice, to the original place of purchase.
BIG COUNTRY products are designed as decorative accessories and should not be used as protection for the vehicle in the event of a collision or rollover. Installation of BIG COUNTRY products may alter the original characteristics of your vehicle; BIG COUNTRY assumes no responsibility for any consequences resulting from alterations to the manufacturer's design specifications.
